By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following shop terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.
1. Handmade Artwork
All DaKa Creations artwork is handcrafted. Slight variations in glass placement, colors, textures, and resin finishes are natural characteristics of handmade creations.
Each original artwork is unique and may not be reproduced exactly.
2. Product Availability
Most finished artworks are one-of-a-kind originals, with only one available for purchase.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Availability is confirmed when checkout is successfully completed.
If an inventory error occurs, I will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution or refund.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Payment is required before an order is processed. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Standard shipping is included in artwork prices for customers within the contiguous United States.
Alaska and Hawaii have a flat $15 shipping charge.
Local pickup is available in Frederick, Maryland, by appointment.
Ready-to-ship artwork generally ships within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

5. Custom Orders
Custom artwork requests are subject to availability, design requirements, material costs, and mutually agreed timelines.
Prices and estimated completion dates will be discussed before the order is approved.
Because custom artwork is individually created, cancellation and refund eligibility may differ from ready-made artwork.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the Returns & Refunds Policy published on our website.
If an artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact DaKa Creations promptly so the issue can be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Artwork Care and Safety
Broken glass and resin artwork is intended for decorative indoor display unless otherwise indicated.
Please handle artwork carefully, keep it away from excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight, and keep it out of reach of young children and pets when appropriate.
Artwork containing dimensional mug elements is decorative only and is not intended for food or beverage use.
8. Photos and Artwork Designs
Product photographs are intended to represent the actual artwork as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.
Artwork photographs and original business content should not be reproduced for commercial use without permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Customer Communication
DaKa Creations may contact customers regarding purchases, shipping, local pickup, and custom-order requests.
Customer email addresses are not currently used for promotional newsletters.
